Sheila (She) started her choral background from elementary school and at the age of 14, started utilizing her singing ability as a background singer for various local bands. At 17, Sheila began writing songs and became lead vocalist for the rock band Ultimatum, and for the next few years performed with such bands as Decide, and Mantra, performing in clubs in the Houston Metropolitan area. At 20, Sheila toured all over Texas in various opry houses, lending more diversity to her vocal repertoire. Today, Sheila works with other bands such as The Laredo Band, loves singing with her church worship team, and has landed a good home with The Texas Toast. Her passion for music is unceasing and she gives every song the concentrated effort the audience deserves.
